This service includes a seasonal Organic Body Scrub (either CBD, Vanilla citrus, Chocolate & other options, based on availability). It is followed by a Traditional Foot Reflexology treatment using knuckles and deep pressure to assist the entire nervous system with balance. Treatments are conducted on the Balancing Amethyst Mat. This service assists the Clients natural ability to feel energized and reset for their daily lifestyle activities.
This wonderful experience can be for any occasion with a chosen theme. Original Songs are shared with the Celtic Harp, Guitar and vocals all performed by Sheri. Some cover songs may be shared upon prior request. Please contact Sheri for more details.
This is a perfect class for the Beginner desiring some support to learn Basic Guitar to play at home or with friends and family. I coach each student to have confidence with practice to be able to play Basic chords for popular songs.
This brand new service was created with everyone in mind dealing with everyday stress and anxiety. This service has several tools involved to help maintain a balanced scalp and hair health but also assist the body and mind to regain balance and stress relief.
A Guasha brush is used as the first step to help clients deeply relax. Long brush strokes on dry, clean hair stimulate accupressure points via the stainless steel, titanium and gold needles. As the brushing stimulate all the pressure points on the scalp, it also helps to balance blood circulation, helps to produce oxytocin, serotonin and dopamine. Many have reported an experience of lowered cortisol, significant stress reduction, alleviated acute and chronic pain, especially associated with headaches and migraines.
This service also combines the application of a blend of healthy oils and ingredients that are known to help nourish the scalp. Two massage tools are used to gently but firmly massage the serum into the scalp evenly in circular motion to promote deeper relaxation. There is also a Near Infrared Light directed to scalp and hair during session.
Following the scalp massage is a neck and shoulder massage with neck traction and hot towels.
It is recommended to do this Scalp Massage Treatment every 2-3 weeks if Scalp is dry, flaky, oily, or sensitive. If scalp is normal session can be done every 3-4 weeks.

Therapeutic sound waves from the instruments are designed to calm the mind and body, reduce stress & anxiety as well as promote emotional well-being. Clients lay on an amethyst mat on the massage table during session.

You receive your massage in a specialized ergonomic chair which is currently located at the Four Wings studio. In addition to the usual health benefits of massage, another benefit of chair massage is that it is done over the clothing. With seated massage, you can avoid the discomfort and awkwardness that you may feel in disrobing for a traditional massage. Also, chair massage sessions are usually shorter than traditional massage, making it convenient enough to fit into your busy schedule.

Join me at the FourWings Fitness Studio and get a 20-30 minute HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout done while feeling invigorated with Pre/Post stretching and a light refreshment to nourish and help with recovery. Beginner through Advanced Levels are welcome. A suggested minimum fee of $15.00 is recommended. Gratuity with all classes are greatly appreciated. Payments are made with Cash, Check &Venmo.
