It is followed by a Traditional Foot Reflexology treatment using knuckles and deep pressure to assist the entire nervous system with balance. Treatments are conducted on the Balancing Amethyst Mat. This service assists the Clients natural ability to feel energized and reset for their daily lifestyle activities.

Foot Reflexology

Reflexology is a type of bodywork that focuses on applying pressure to the specific nerve zones in your feet. Unlike other foot massages that intend to mostly relieve tension in the feet themselves, reflexology is a far more in-depth science that aims to harmonize your entire body. According to reflexology, every part of the human body is mapped into your feet. Reflexology treatments have been found to be highly effective for conditions such as allergies, headaches, and depression.
I have been trained in 2 styles of Foot Reflexology. I use the Japanese style which uses a bit more pressure, however the pressure can be adjusted per client.

Foot Reflexology and Soak

This service begins with a soothing restorative foot soak using natural Epsom salts and herbal blends uniquely created for each client. Followed by a complete session of Japanese style Foot Reflexology. This service is ideal for someone wanting to treat their feet with extra care from the day in and out of stress on the soles. There are over 100 nerves on the feet that correlate to the rest of the body. One can feel incredibly balanced and refreshed with this service. One common benefit reported by clients is how specific work on the feet, with foot reflexology can help improve overall quality sleep

Holistic Trio Fascial Support

I created this Unique Service to support the bodies natural network of fascia allowing results of improved, pain-free mobility and circulation.
There will be focused attention to 1-2 areas of the body that is of concern.
The Trio part of this Holistic Treatment are:
1: 5 minutes of Stretching in the Fourwings Fitness Studio and or 1-2 minutes on an Inversion Chair (depending on Contraindications).
2: A deeper warm up to tissue & muscle area is conducted with hot towels & hot stones. The use of a hand held fascial blaster is then used by the Therapist in the concentrated areas of concern to break up restrictions or adhesions in the fascial network. This process involves brisk brushing movements over the muscle. Therapeutic Massage over the areas addressed is then done to complete the service.
3: This final part to the Service is conducted after the Therapist leaves the treatment room. The Client will stand or sit in front of a Red Light Near Infrared Light Treatment Monitor for up to 5 minutes exposing the direct skin to the Light. The benefits that directly apply to this service are to help reduce chronic and acute inflammation, boost circulation, speed up the healing process following surgery or injury.
All appointments conclude with a light Anti-inflammatory refreshment & Healthy plant based snacks.

Balancing/Energy Work

Energy work is based on the belief that everyone has a "life force", and that the body needs to sustain its balance for optimum health. Anytime you experience emotional or physical illness, it indicates that your life force has simply become unbalanced. I work directly with your energy field to restore balance and flow to your entire system. And once your energy field has been restored to full health, your body will follow.
In balancing/energy work, crystals that associate with the corresponding energy centers are placed directly on the body Some Aromatherapy may be used as part of the balance.
This service compliments a full body massage really well and would be conducted before the massage upon request.

Sound/Music Healing With Celtic Harp

Also, chair massage sessions are usually shorter than traditional massage, making it convenient enough to fit into your busy schedule.

Join me at the FourWings Fitness Studio and get a 20-30 minute HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout done while feeling invigorated with Pre/Post stretching and a light refreshment to nourish and help with recovery. Beginner through Advanced Levels are welcome. A suggested minimum fee of $15.00 is recommended. Gratuity with all classes are greatly appreciated. Payments are made with Cash, Check &Venmo.
