Foot Reflexology and Soothing Foot Scrub

This service includes a seasonal Organic Body Scrub (either CBD, Vanilla citrus, Chocolate & other options, based on availability). It is followed by a Traditional Foot Reflexology treatment using knuckles and deep pressure to assist the entire nervous system with balance. Treatments are conducted on the Balancing Amethyst Mat. This service assists the Clients natural ability to feel energized and reset for their daily lifestyle activities.

It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. FourWings offers a customized Swedish Massage treatment which can include other techniques used in other modalities, such as Shiatsu, Cranial Sacral, Trigger Point, Deep Tissue, Thai Yoga, Isolated Stretching and Aromatherapy.

Foot Reflexology

Reflexology is a type of bodywork that focuses on applying pressure to the specific nerve zones in your feet. Unlike other foot massages that intend to mostly relieve tension in the feet themselves, reflexology is a far more in-depth science that aims to harmonize your entire body. According to reflexology, every part of the human body is mapped into your feet. Reflexology treatments have been found to be highly effective for conditions such as allergies, headaches, and depression.
I have been trained in 2 styles of Foot Reflexology. I use the Japanese style which uses a bit more pressure, however the pressure can be adjusted per client.

Foot Reflexology and Soak

This service begins with a soothing restorative foot soak using natural Epsom salts and herbal blends uniquely created for each client. Followed by a complete session of Japanese style Foot Reflexology. This service is ideal for someone wanting to treat their feet with extra care from the day in and out of stress on the soles. There are over 100 nerves on the feet that correlate to the rest of the body. One can feel incredibly balanced and refreshed with this service. One common benefit reported by clients is how specific work on the feet, with foot reflexology can help improve overall quality sleep

Home Energy Clearing & Blessing

This is a perfect service for anyone moving into a new Home space, or for anyone going through transitions in their current living space.
This unique service includes the playing of 7 Quartz Crystal Sound Bowls in the center of home and one of the crystal bowls in each bedroom. There is also a Hawaiian Prayer Chant and English Prayer of blessing conducted at the begining of service. Palo Santo, Sage, Frankincense & Myrrh resin may be used during the service. A Misting of FourWings Energy & Balance spray will be used around each person present at the time of service.
Most clients report a sense of calmness and peace during and following the service. Clients may make themselves comfortable during the sound bath by laying on floor or in their bedroom as the sound will fill all spaces in the home.
The 45 minutes include set up and pack up of quartz crystal bowls.
It is recommended to do a personal Energy & Balance session at the FourWings studio in Eldorado within a few weeks after the Home Session.

Chair Massage

You receive your massage in a specialized ergonomic chair which is currently located at the Four Wings studio. In addition to the usual health benefits of massage, another benefit of chair massage is that it is done over the clothing. With seated massage, you can avoid the discomfort and awkwardness that you may feel in disrobing for a traditional massage. Also, chair massage sessions are usually shorter than traditional massage, making it convenient enough to fit into your busy schedule.

Infrared Light Therapy Sauna session

The Sauna session includes Infrared Light therapy and choice of 7 lights including Red Light, stereo sound system for deep relaxation. Two towels are provided for each client.
Some of the benefits are: deep relaxation, improved circulation, stress & anxiety reduction, pain relief, assists with lowering inflammation, improved metabolism, stimulate collagen production.
The sauna time is 15-20 minutes up to 150 degrees with an extra 10 minutes to dry off and dress. These sessions can be added to any Massage or Fitness Class.

Join me at the FourWings Fitness Studio and get a 20-30 minute HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout done while feeling invigorated with Pre/Post stretching and a light refreshment to nourish and help with recovery. Beginner through Advanced Levels are welcome. A suggested minimum fee of $15.00 is recommended. Gratuity with all classes are greatly appreciated. Payments are made with Cash, Check &Venmo.

Well once again Sheri worked her magic and completely changed my energy/mindset.
